When I was nine, I told my parents I was going to renovate farmhouses for a living. I also announced that I refused to marry the boy next door.
Twenty years later, as a research librarian, the boy next door was my maid of honor when I married a landscape architect/builder.
I helped design, restore, stage and build over 300 homes in Vermont
We lived in farmhouses, in the mountains, on lakes. Our sons thought every Mom rearranged furniture weekly. They also thought bottle lambs in the living room was normal.
Since moving to Belize to escape the cold, I’m proud to write that I’ve had the opportunity to redecorate a few homes; design, build and manage a hotel; renovate and rearrange a number of places here in San Pedro - all for people who also want to live on island time.
Let me know if I can help you.
